Una Bill Nordin

A visitation for Una Bill Nordin , age 95, will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at West Oaks Funeral Home.  A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, January 15, 2023 at West Oaks Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Mark Bryant officiating.  Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Park with David Nordin, Brandon Riley, Britt Riley, Matthew Nordin, Keith Stewart and Michael Noe serving as pallbearers.  Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Mark Miller, Dr. Ronald Stanley, Dr. Charles Jones, Dr. Curtis Cutrell, Dr. I. B. Balkcom and Roy McGahee.  Una passed away on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at Carriage House Manor.  Una was born on January 22, 1927 in Yantis, TX, the daughter of George A. Steed and Janie Gertrude Reppond Steed.  Una worked as a Medicare  and Medicaid clerk for 31 years.  She was a member of First Baptist Church in Sulphur Springs.  She is survived by her children, Mike Nordin  and wife Kayle and Tonya Riley, grandchildren, David Nordin, Brandon Riley and wife Amanda, Blake Riley and wife Diana, Britt Riley and wife Hannah, Marcie Stewart and husband Keith and Matthew Nordin, great-grandchildren, Jax Riley, Beau Riley, Daniel Nordin, Megan Nordin, Andrew Daugherty, Sarah Daugherty, Abby Daugherty, Maddison Gilbreath, Jett Riley, Lane Stewart, Zach Stewart, Tristan Stewart, Ella Reighn  Nordin and Lila Jo Nordin, one great-great grandson, Braxton Stewart.  She was preceded in death by her first husband Charles Nordin  and then George South, brothers, A.
