Graveside services for Trudy May Mayers, age 86, of Sulphur Springs, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, March 1, 2020 at Brashear Cemetery with Rev. Charles Moore officiating and Terry Tate, Kyle Tate, Cole Burnett, Steve Mooney, Benny Darlin, and Chad Darlin serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be held at 1:00 p.m., prior to service time, at West Oaks Funeral Home. Trudy passed away on Thursday, February 27, 2020 at her residence. She was born on January 26, 1934 in Sulphur Springs, the daughter of Leslie Delmar Dickens and Ruby Pearl Proctor Dickens. She is survived by son, Terry Tate of Cumby, daughter, Cindy Russell of Sulphur Springs, grandchildren, Kyle Tate and Cole Burnett, and great-grandchildren, Addison, Hudson, and Heston Burnett.
