Sue (Tipping) Tittle

Nola Sue Tittle passed peacefully March 2, 2022, to join her best friend and husband, Wayne. Sue, as she was known by most, was born on February 1, 1940, to Nolan Dero and Mary Belle Love Tipping.

Sue worked in the public for a few years before marrying her childhood sweetheart in May 1963. After marriage, she joined him on the family dairy farm. This is where you could almost always find them, working side by side to get any job done. Whether it be milking, bottling baby calves, feeding stock cattle, putting out hay, working in the hayfield or in the shop, you would always find them together. And in the midst of all the agricultural duties, Sue always found time to be involved in school activities. She was a lifetime PTA member, PTA president, often cooking or baking for teacher appreciations and always had homemade crafts to give to each student for whatever holiday it was. She was a very talented woman and very humble. She was quick to help anyone she could and there’s no way to know the number of people that know her by “Mama Sue” or “Granny”. Some of her, self-proclaimed, greatest times were spent in the hayfield helping Hunter. She said it made her feel like she was working with Wayne again.

She is survived by two daughters: Karen Tittle and Kelly Stonaker, four grandsons: Brad Tittle (Jodie), Jeff Pace, Kris Pace (Alaynna) and Hunter Stonaker (Jordan), three great-grandsons: Braden Tittle, Brody Tittle and Layden Pace. She is also survived by one brother, Paul Tipping (Dorothy). She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, brother and sister-in-law Johnny and Sandra Tipping and sister, Judy Tipping.
