Rhonda Kay (Tully) Williams

Memorial services for, Rhonda Kay Tully Williams age 66, of Sulphur Springs will be at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 4, 2026 at West Oaks Funeral Home. Mrs. Williams passed away on Wednesday, November 12, 2025.

She was born on June 29, 1959, in Sulphur Springs, Texas the daughter of Verdis Wesley Tully and Dovie Lee Broughton. She married James P. Williams on June 15, 1975, at Mars Hill Church of Christ in Sulphur Springs and he survives.

Rhonda was a long time Produce Farmer along with her family and delivered the News Telegram and newspapers for other various companies for forty-seven years.

Rhonda was the rock of the family. A loving Mamma and the most wonderful mother. What a blessing it was to have her in our lives. A true gift from God but now he has called her home, pain free and in perfect form.

Rhonda is survived by her husband James, sons; Jimmy Jay Williams and wife Corrie, Phillip Lee

Williams and wife Amy; daughters Kristy Denee Williams, Amandia Kay Williams Turner and husband

Shaun. Grandchildren; Destyne Kay Williams, Precious (Pete) Williams, Kayson Dakota Williams,

Payton James Turner, Dusty D’wayne Turner and Riland Phillip Williams.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother Delbert Lee Tully, two sisters Mary Lynn Tully

Sharber and Sue Tully Johnston.
