Michael Anthony Cork was born on October 26, 1956, in Terre Haute, Indiana, to the parents of Luther Hurley Cork and Mable Louise Cork. After moving to Hopkins County, he attended Sulphur Springs Schools. He was a construction worker and worked many others until he became unable to work.
He leaves to cherish his memory, a stepfather, Frank Pitts; a special lady, Linda D. Lewis; his daughters, Debracca Cork, Ameeka Stevenson, and Roseita Wright; daughter, Jennifer Lewis; son, Vincent (Mary); stepchildren, Sierra, Michelle, and Derrick; brothers, Jimmy, Kenneth (Sandra), Phillip ( ), Ernest (Glenda) all of Sulphur Springs; grandchildren, Trondamion Cleveland (Shanique), Calishia Beachum, Jaydin and JaKarie Stevenson, Megan and Kobe Lewis; eleven great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Charles Means and Randy Cork; niece, Sharron; nephews, Hurley and Kevin; and aunts, Geneva C. and Venetta Owens.
