Lester "Pat" Paul Flora Jr

Graveside services for Lester Paul “Pat” Flora, Jr., age 78, of Como, will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 2, 2021 at Cypress Cemetery with Bro. Stephen Smith and Bro. Ray Wilson officiating. Pallbearers will be Sam Miller, Richard Lovorn, Delton McBride, Kyle Williams, Mike Flora, and Eddie Flora. Visitation will be held from 12 noon to 1:00 p.m., prior to service, at West Oaks Funeral Home. Pat passed away on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 in Tyler. He was born on May 16, 1942 in Alvin, TX, the son of Lester Paul Flora Sr. and Maye Arline Stinson Flora. Pat served in the United States Army and later worked as a machinist at Rockwell International. He was also a life-long dairyman. Pat married Carolyn Douglas on December 16, 1961 in Franklin County. She preceded him in death in 2016. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Sulphur Springs. He is survived by son, Terry Flora and wife Glenda, daughter, Lisa Miller and husband Sam, grandchildren, Cody Flora, Stacey McBride and husband Delton, Seth Miller and wife Victoria, Alyssa Miller, Maysi Williams and husband Kyle, great-grandchildren, Aubrey Williams, Mackenzie Williams, Brooklyn Williams, Kaden Williams, Parker Miller, Collin Miller, and sisters, Renee Lovorn and husband Richard, and Deloris Cain. In addition to his wife, Pat was also preceded in death by his parents. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to In Touch Ministry, P.O.
