Layne Virginia Young

Graveside services for Layne Virginia Young, age 23, of Sulphur Springs, will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, July 18, 2020 at Old Tarrant Cemetery with Rev. Steve Thompson officiating. Pallbearers will be Tyler Gaines, Tyler Young, Cody Aaron, Casey Aaron, Jimmy Riley, and Clint Williams. There will be a come and go visitation from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Friday, July 17, 2020 at West Oaks Funeral Home. Layne passed away on Sunday, July 12, 2020 at Children’s Medical City in Dallas. She was born on February 24, 1997 in Plano, TX. Her favorite color was purple, and her favorite animal was a pig. She also had a baby doll named Austin. She is survived by her parents, Lance and Angela Young of Sulphur Springs, biological mother, April Feagins of Blue Ridge, brothers, Tyler Gaines and wife Makala of Wylie, Tyler Young of Sulphur Springs, sister, Chelsea Young of Sulphur Springs, niece, Rae ’Leigh, grandparents, Ronny and Delores Young, Kim and Larry Aaron, and great-grandmother, Joyce Young.
