Kristi Rae Melton

Funeral services for Kristi Rae Melton, age 55, of Sulphur Springs will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at West Oaks Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Harmony Cemetery with Jarrod Turner, Brent Turner, Blake Turner, Drew Holloway, Rick Grigsby, and Kevin Ward serving as pallbearers.  Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m., prior to service time.  Kristi was born on January 24, 1967 in Greenville, Texas, the daughter of Montie Ray Wood and Sandra Gail Wood Tate.  Kristi spent her career in the transportation industry.  Kristi loved crafting and everything floral.  When she entered a room everything just lit up with her quick wit, contagious laugh and bright smile.  Kristi is survived by her mother, her daughter, Haley Nicole Melton, grand-daughter, Paisley Grace Melton, sisters, Cheryl Lynn Grigsby and husband Rick and Lori Suzanne Holloway and husband Eddie Joe.  She was preceded in death by her father.  Arrangements are under the direction of West Oaks Funeral Home. www.westoaksfuneralhome.com
