Jonathon Lee Belz

Funeral services for Jonathon “Bubba”  Lee Belz, age 31, of Sulphur Springs will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 3, 2025 at West Oaks Funeral Home with Pastor Tim Couch officiating.  Visitation will be at 10:00 a.m. prior to the service.  Interment will follow the service at North Hopkins Cemetery with Gib McCollouch, Conner Hall, Bryan Primm, Sanford Shell, Tommy Sanderson, and Tadd Olson serving as pallbearers. Bubba passed away on December 28, 2024.  He was born on December 2, 1993, in Sulphur Springs the son of Kevin Dale Belz and Candida Denay Riley Belz.  Bubba will be missed by all who knew him.  He is survived by his parents, sister, Shellbie Olson and husband Tadd of Klondike, TX, grandparents, Elaine Cole, Clifford and Nancy Belz and Shannon Riley, niece, Xayah Olson and nephew, Kiran Olson, and his extended family, Lana Hall, Courtney Primm and Morresa Bain.  He was preceded in death by his grandfather’s, Larry Cole and Larry L. Riley and great uncle Dewey Williamson.  In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to Fruitful Harvest Ministry, P. O. Box 1130, Sulphur Springs, Texas 75483.
