Fred Dalton Heiber

A visitation for Fred Dalton Heiber, age 70, of Sulphur Springs will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., at West Oaks Funeral Home. 

 Fred passed away at his home on Thursday, June 26, 2025.  He was born on December 21, 1954, in Camden, Arkansas the son of Fred James Heiber and Denver Faye Phillips Heiber.  Fred met Patricia Joseph in 1985 then married on August 16, 1996.    Fred served in the United States Marines and was a self-employed contractor.  You would often see Fred walking his dog was a favorite past time.  He was known as a hard worker who in his down time loved to read and watch westerns and sci-fi movies.

Fred is survived by his sons, Michael Mollenhour (Donna), Jeremy Heiber, daughter, Cristina Heiber, grandchildren, Susan Mollenhour, Patrick Mollenhour, Gracie Mollenhour Kennedy Mollenhour and Anastasia Heiber, great grandchildren, PJ Mollenhour, Peyton Mollenhour, Rocky Barton, Brooklyn Barton and Mia Camacho, along with several great-great grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his wife Patricia, parents, and son Larry Mollenhour.
