Frances Loretta Haggard

Frances Loretta Haggard 75 of Cooper, Texas passed away on July 16, 2024 at Christus Mother Francis Hospital in Tyler, Texas. She was born on April 28, 1949. The daughter of Alton Cornelius “Babe” Chester and Norena Doris Chester. She married Wayne Akard Haggard Jr on October 27, 1974. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Kristina Denise Crump, and husband Wayne. She is survived by daughters Stephanie Malburg and wife Jeanette of Cooper; Misty Sanchez and Husband Alex of Klondike; grandsons Samuel Sanchez of Bossier City, Louisiana; Zaine and Kelsey Sanchez and Cory Sanchez all from Klondike. One great-granddaughter Addley Sanchez and numerous nieces and nephews. She is also survived by sisters; Edwinna Burkett and Glenna Spencer and husband Charles all of Sulphur Springs.

Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 19, 2024 at West Oaks Funeral Home. A Private Interment will follow.
