Ms. Wyatt passed away on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at her home in Yantis with her daughters
by her side. She was born on January 5, 1952, in Dallas County. The daughter of Ocie Dee Giles
and Vera Mae Kincaid.
Ms. Wyatt spent many years as a Food Service Manager for Mesquite ISD. She loved singing
gospel music. She enjoyed a good Western movie, especially the classics of John Wayne. In her
later years she spent her time as a homemaker where she spent time crocheting and quilting.
She is survived by her two daughters; Tina Davis and husband Shannon of Winnsboro, Tonya
Norris and husband Trey of Yantis. Four grandchildren; Taelor Smith and husband Luke of
Lindale, Trenton Norris and wife Ima of Yantis, Taryn Davis, and Shanda Davis of Winnsboro. Two
great-grandchildren; Maurice Norris of Yantis and Toree Kate Smith of Lindale. One brother,
Randy Giles of Mesquite and a sister, Kim Pugh of Gladewater and a host of nieces and
nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and six sisters; Jean Parker, Anna Langford, Louise
Mixon, Debbie Johnson, Jackie Mullican, and Mary Dorries.
Ms. Wyatt loved the Lord and was a Believer of Jesus Christ. Because of that profession of faith,
she is perfectly healed today and we rejoice in the promise of eternal life.
