James Thomas Duignan

Graveside services for James Thomas Duignan, age 93, of Cooper, will be held at 11:15 a.m., Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at the DFW National Cemetery. He passed away on November 9, 2019 at Christus Mother Frances Hospital in Sulphur Springs, TX. He was born on December 21, 1925 in Youngstown, OH, the son of Michael Robert and Agnes Doyle Duignan. He served in the United States Army during WWII and was stationed in Belgium, France, and Germany. He later moved to Richardson, TX to raise his family. He is survived by two daughters, Jeanne Duignan Mear and Diane Duignan Marshall; five grandchildren, Carolyn Ingram, Lisa Sampson, Collin Mear, Madeline Marshall, and Olivia Marshall; and five great-grandchildren.
