Ailene Pearl Hinton Durch (Momo) went home to be with the Lord and George Durch (Popo) on March 8, 2010. After fighting a long battle with Alzheimer's.

Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, March 12, 2010 at West Oaks Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at West Oaks Funeral Home on Saturday, March 13, 2010 at 2:00 p.m., with Michael Moore and Tim Marks officiating. Darwin Darr, Hayden Durch, Carter Chick, Chris Taylor, Freddie Chamness and Allen Lynn Chamness will serve as pallbearers.

Graveside services will follow at Arabla Cemetery.

Ailene is the daughter of C. L. and Ruth Nichols Hinton. She was born on February 23, 1921 on the Hinton hill in Arabla, Texas, where she lived most of her life. She was active in the Arabla community and a member of the Arabla United Methodist Church. She owned and operated Hinton and Durch Dairy for 36+ years. When she wasn't taking care of the dairy, she enjoyed gardening, quilting, playing bingo and spending time with her family.

Preceded in death by her parents; husband, George F Durch; son, Ricky Durch; and brothers, David Hinton, Dan Hinton, Theo Hinton, Leonard Hinton, Wayne Hinton and Kenneth Hinton.

She is survived by daughters, Debbie Brittain and husband Bob of Garland, Tx; and Reggi Durch of Arbala, Tx; daughter in law, Kathy Durch of South Dakota; adoptive daughter, Renee Oldham of Arbala, Tx: Grandchildren; Shonda and husband Darwin Darr, Nikki and husband Carter Chick, Robyn Brittain and fiancée Chris Taylor, Mandi Durch and Hayden Durch; great grandchildren, Chad and Colt Chick; Cullen, Taylor, Madison, Demi and Daley Darr.

A special thanks to the caregivers for all you have done to help Momo through this difficult time: Linda, BJ, Brenda, Shirley, Kathy and Jo.

Momo leaves behind a legacy of unselfish love and a lifetime walk of great faith.
